Located in an historic district of Northwest Everett, 1705 Wetmore is walking distance to nearby Providence Hospital and a newly constructed walking bridge leading to the Everett Marina. This walkability and proximity to local parks made the property and location extremely well suited for the Chrysalis Homes vision. The early 1900's architecture and renowned Craftsman style of the surrounding neighborhood made for ideal influence and inspiration on the design of the new home.

When collaborating with clients to envision their new home and living spaces, Chrysalis Homes employs advanced 3D design software and drawing applications to bring our vision to life. Once a property has been selected and before the construction process, we work hand-in-hand with homeowners and experienced architectural designers to carefully map out and plan full plan sets for permit, critical design details, interior design spec packages, material and finish selections, even color choices and decorating.
Through the use of this exciting technology, we are able to guide clients through the design journey every step of the way—providing tangible feedback and clear, easy to understand visualizations that enhance the design process and make sure the client's dream for their home is fully expressed in the finished product.
